Aibel's skilled employees are located close to our customers at the company's eight offices in Norway and South East Asia. In addition, we operate two modern yards in Haugesund (Norway) and Laem Chabang (Thailand) with complete prefabrication and construction capabilities. 
Business development and tender support group in Aibel is a very active group within our organization who, within our field of everyday work, get to experience and work with the whole organization. This gives us the opportunity to get to know our co-workers in the different locations and different countries. The tender support group is a group of people with different backgrounds, gender and age that gives the group’s dynamics and strength. The tender support group in Aibel is involved in all future projects for Aibel, which gives the opportunity for a diverse and large range of work.

Your responsibilities:
  • Tender pricing strategy
  • Price compiling 
  • Continuously update tender pricing methods and tools and secure that these are suitable and implemented in tenders 
  • Lead and develop pricing benchmark exercises and databased 
  • Be part of tender strategy development 
  • Be part of commercial audits 
  • Contribute in the overall activities in Business Control 
Education and work experience:
  • Bachelor’s or master's degree within marketing, business administration, finance or similar
  • Relevant experience in a similar role 
  • Project execution experience

  • Language requirements are Norwegian (preferable) and English (written and oral)
