Trintech is growing our European presence and at the moment we are looking for a Support Consultant for our Adra Software product line in Oslo.
As a support consultant you will assist our clients with support and advisory on existing software solutions, you will also guide them on upgrades and new features. You will mainly work from our offices in Oslo centrum, but also be operational at our client’s locations when needed. An important part of the role is running courses / workshops for clients and other colleagues in Trintech. We have approximately 3000 clients, and can promise you exciting working days with a variety of challenges.
Who you are?
- A graduate or you have a couple years of exeperience with customer support, sales or technical support
- You work independently, have a responsible approach to your assignments and you are willing to walk the extra mile to keep our clients satisfied
- You are able to prioritise tasks and manage your time well
- You have excellent communication skills, written and oral, in at least one scandinavian language in addition to English
- Last but not least, you enjoy interacting with clients and get motivated by finding good solutions to both more and less complex software issues
