DNV GL Business Assurance is one of the leading global providers of accredited management systems certification. We offer a broad portfolio of services within management system certification and related services, such as training and person certification. Our person certification portfolio and service delivery is expanding and we are looking for a service responsible in a 100% permanent position.
The service responsible will be responsible for sales, marketing and delivery towards our existing certification holders and new customers. The role will be responsible for the whole certification process for several of our existing certification schemes, but also in the development of new services.
Responsibilities will range from external meetings with committees and other stakeholders, arranging and following up examinations, to administrative and practical work associated with issuing and monitoring certificates and maintaining our certification schemes. Travelling is required.
The main tasks will be:
- Overall responsible for everyday operation of our current certification schemes
- Sales, marketing and reporting
- Development of new services
- Follow up of scheme committees, customers and sub-contractors
- Quality related activities to ensure continuous operation and improvement
- Arrange and attend exams across Norway
You will be working in the person certification team at Høvik, and be responsible for growing our sales and market position within person certification services. You will work in close connection to our internal sales and marketing department, and with our planners, controllers and auditors. You will also work closely with our partners, certification committees, sensors and experts to secure that our customers get the right quality in our service delivery.
We are looking for a highly effective, positive and sales driven Service Responsible with extensive knowledge of our customers, market, portfolio and business, with these qualifications:
- A Bachelor degree
- Strong customer focus and the ability to turn customer needs into opportunities
- A strong positive impact on business growth and profitability impact
- Proficiency in Norwegian/Scandinavian and English is required
