Experis is for a SAP project at a large O&G operator looking for a Functional Analyst for SAP HR
The clients HR department has requested improvements to the payroll and personnel administration processes in SAP to ensure compliance with accounting rules, authority requirements and the personnel handbook.
Project is to address three major gaps identified:
- Employee absence management in SAP
- .Adhere to accounting policies for payroll pre-payments and travel expenses in SAP
- Implementation of control reports
Design, implement, test and document solution for the above described project.
The SAP HR Functional Analyst is repsonsible for providing functional support for SAP HR and Norway Payroll.
Configuring relevant system settings, guide users and resolve problems on a daily basis.
- Have a good understanding of HR functions in general
- Understand and maintain SAP HR configuration
- Resolve day-to-day issues and problems within the SAP HR module
- In-depth understanding of Personnel Management, Time Management, Time Evaluation, and Norway payroll configuration
- Customer focused; good business process knowledge
- Ability to see the “big picture” in business process/systems terms
- Problem solving skills, ability to analyze root causes and suggest process/systems improvements
- Excellent communication skills – able to communicate at all levels (oral/written)
- Knowledge about relevant SAP modules and related business processes
