The Automotive industry is changing at a very fast pace. In this context, we need to work on several mobility projects to develop our service range and improve business efficiency.
We are looking for a new Project Manager (new products, process efficiency, implementation of IT tools, deployment regulatory changes etc…).
It is a very transversal function, where you get to understand the business at all levels and get involved in local and regional projects.
You will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with the strategy and commitments of the organization.
The right candidate is curious, IT-minded, rigorous, and persistent. She/He has a real passion for process engineering and is business-oriented. The position offers to learn and dig into all processes of the company, from financing to reselling cars. It is a great entry point into the organization and enables to develop strong skills for future roles.
•Plan and implement projects of various nature (new product and services, process efficiency, implementation of IT tools, deployment of regulatory changes etc…)
•Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
•Define tasks and required resources
•Manage budget and allocate project resources
•Create schedule and project timeline
•Deliver tasks and support teams in delivering
•Lead quality assurance
•Monitor and report on project progress
•Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
•Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
•Evaluate and assess result of project
•Negotiate contract with suppliers
•Bachelor degree in business and administration or equivalent at a minimum
•1st experience as a project manager and in change management
•Good command of Excel (Access a plus) and generally IT minded
•English at negotiation level (fluent in Norwegian a plus)
•Knowledge of techniques and tools (e.g. Lean 6 Sigma, Agile)
•Analytical, structured and good ability to meet deadlines
•IT-minded and business oriented
•Curious, adaptable and hands-on
•Good at balancing details and general overview
•Able to stay focused (persistent) and getting the job done
•Good at creating/maintaining a positive dialogue at all levels
•Excellent team player
•Problem-solver (conflict resolution experience a plus)
•Excellent decision-making and and leadership capabilities
