Your responsibilities:

As a Planner in our organisation, you will work in a multi discipline environment. In Aibel we are focusing on great team participation and effort and many opportunities will be possible for the right person.
  • Establish, maintain and follow up tender, study, feed and EPCI project plans according to Aibel's project execution method
  • Execute analysis, trending and forecasting to identify potential delays and provide recommendations to ensure that the project milestones are met
  • Communicate the progress and criticality to the project organisation
  • Take clear ownership to all planning and reporting activities within the planning group
  • Continually improve the planning, scheduling and reporting systems to increase planning effectiveness and improve best practice

Education and work experience:

  • Master or Bachelor of Science/Economics
  • Preferable 2-5 years relevant work experience, but candidates recently graduated are also encouraged to apply

What we are looking for:

  • Good understanding of project execution method, planning and control, preferably within EPCI planning
  • Experience with Safran Project or Primavera
  • Proficient in the use of excel and ability to adapt quickly to new IT tools
  • Team player who can foster relationship with various stakeholders
  • Effective problem-solving, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be proactive and seek advice and share experience with others
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams
  • Work systematically and accurately
  • High loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements as well as to Aibel's values; flexible, visionary, responsible and open
  • Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
