Ramboll Support Organization (RSO) is organized globally within Ramboll. RSO supports the organization in achieving goals and excel in our project execution around the world. Both finance, accounting, recruitment and our HR Specialists are organized in RSO. We are now looking to expand the RSO team in Norway with one more HR Specialist.
We are looking for a HR Specialist to join our HR organization in Oslo. The role reports to HR Operations Manager.
The role as HR Specialist
As our new HR Specialist you will be involved in various operational HR related tasks – especially follow up and assist managers regarding sick leave, Ramboll’s policies and procedures and Norwegian labor law. You will be responsible for operating and coordinating tasks related to our LMS (Learning Management System), pension and insurance data, register and maintain masterdata in our HR system Workday, and create, develop and analyze HR reports to support core business. You will work closely with the rest of the HR Operations team - both in Norway and globally. In addition, you will support the HRBPs in Norway with relevant data. The job also includes supporting employees regarding company rules and guidelines.
We are looking for
You are a business minded people person and have an optimistic approach to challenges, as well as great analytical skills. You handle your work in a systematic way, are curious and love to learn, and you are familiar with common HR terms.
You can work independently and structure your workload, and it’s in your nature to have good attention to details. You don’t mind a number of routine tasks and can simultaneously handle complex assignments and projects. You have good communicating skills, are service minded, ambiguous and able to build good relations within the organization.
Other key qualifications:
- Bachelor or master in HR, economics, law or similar
- 1-3 years of experience
- Tech savvy, including good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Good communication skills, both visual, oral and written, and both formal and informal
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
- Basic knowledge of Norwegian employment legislation and regulations
