Hardware Developer


Job description

We are looking for a professionally skilled and structured hardware developer for strengthening our team. Tasks will be development of our systems for testing and calibration of military sonars, as well as electronics for our dataloggers and IoT units.

Main tasks and duties

Volue Industrial IoT has a range of own products consisting of equipment for calibration and testing of sonars, dataloggers and IoT units for data acquisition and control, navigation aids for lifeboats and others.

The hardware developer will be an important resource in our development projects and have responsibility for design of electronic circuit boards including schematic, layout and test.


  • Education at BSc / MSc level in electronics, cybernetics or equivalent
  • Experience in electronic design, digital and/or analog
  • Experience with FPGA and signal processing will be considered a plus
  • Norwegian and English in writing and orally
  • Responsible and cooperative

Changes and flexibility

The job presupposes flexibility so that other tasks can be imposed when needed. Content and responsibility of the position can be changed due to organisational demands.

Work place: Arendal
