Job duties

We are looking for the right candidate who have a good understanding of EPC contracts and who is used to working with projects. You can have both commercial and contractual background. Your workday will be characterized by a high pace and tasks related to contracts and coordination. You enjoy working with others and you will be communicating with both engineers and cost controllers. At the same time, you will work closely with project managers. You will be a support in order for the project managers to focus on their main tasks, which is negotiations with customers and suppliers.

Typical day at work

  • If there is a change in a project, it is your task to set up a change letter/claim
  • Handling, preparation and follow-up of contracts
  • Set up milestones in new contracts with project manager
  • Set up calculations of, for example, late payment costs based on the contract

  • Higher education within logistics, economics, supply chain, project management or law
  • Three to five years experience with EPC contracts and contract management
  • It is a plus if you have acquired some experience with project work
  • Knowledge about necessary requirements for obtaining professional design and construction services in accordance with the FIDIC regulations or equivalent
  • Knowledge of laws and practices that govern building construction
  • Able to negotiate, write and interpret contract agreements
  • Have good knowledge of English, written and oral
