We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Lead that has the ability to inspire and lead others and is driven by continuous improvement and development of the business.
As a Business Operations Lead you will be leading a team of up to 3-4 functional leads – in alignment with respective global functional leads plus 4 plant managers. You will be responsible for the North Sea region – with four production facilities in Norway and Scotland.
The role is a key member of the business leadership team and will have dual reporting to both the Managing Director and the Group Global CQN Business Operations and Supply Chain (BOSC) Lead. You will collaborate closely with the global operations community and operate across Norway and Scotland. Building relationships across multiple stakeholder groups will be critical to value creation opportunities.
In the role you will be providing expertise and support in the area of general operations management; environment, health & safety (EHS); food safety, quality and regulatory compliance (FSQR); supply chain; process technology and project management, in addition to overseeing performance in all functional areas in CQN North Sea – guiding the Plant Managers in reaching functional goals aligned with business priorities.
We are looking for you that have proven strong leadership abilities, is a good change manager, and has a natural interest in coaching and training people. You have extensive experience in operations management and preferably also supply chain in matrix organization as part of multinational company/international setting. You are committed to total safety and continuous improvement, and have the ability to solve complex problems through innovation, collaboration, creativity and determination.
