Be part of our creative and motivated teamThe communication team in Norway has gained great recognition for their campaigns and employer branding efforts. A workday is characterised by co-operation and tasks related to internal communication, social media, press and leadership support – just to mention a few. That makes it a great place for you who have broad communication skills.We are looking for a communication advisor to lead COWI’s ambitious employer branding efforts in Norway.

Key task will include:

  • planning and executing cross-channel employer branding and branding campaigns – mainly for the Norwegian business, but also supporting international campaigns
  • planning and executing events, such as career fairs, kick-offs and student office visits
  • planning and executing strategic employer branding measures in collaboration with HR and Recruitment
  • developing creative concepts, producing content and executing digital campaigns.

Be part of a global network of expertiseThe Norwegian communication team is part of Group Communication in COWI, which includes around 50 skilled communication specialists across the globe. We are dedicated to supporting our business, building our brand, and attracting, engaging and retaining COWI's most important asset: our people. For this reason, working with employer branding at COWI never ceases to be high-paced, challenging – and fun.

About you: a structured person with a creative mindTo succeed in this position, you are an experienced project manager who knows how to take a project from the first idea through strategic anchoring and planning to execution. You thrive on working independently and know how and when to involve the right people.We are looking for an experienced generalist who prefers to work across disciplines and masters both the strategic and hands-on part of the job. The right candidate will probably check most of the following boxes:

  • +3 years of experience in communication, including campaign planning, content production and SoMe – preferably also experience with events
  • hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Meta Business Manager and LinkedIn campaign manager
  • experience as communication advisor or consultant, preferably in an international corporation
  • strong project manager and collaboration skills
  • fluency in Norwegian and English.
